Come to the Show

Well Well after work and a client or two, i went to the gym to work out and did back today. I had a good workout and killed my back with some heavy dead lifts and chins up all way till i couldnt go any more. And i had some good news when i checked my email there is a big christmas party at Splash where i will be performing wih some other stars. I will put on Ad as it was sent to me on my blog so i hope all my fans come out for a good night im sure that will be wild and fun at same time
