Cooking with Diesel: MacNCheese

Okay..

I finally sat down and did some editing on the MacNCheese Youtube.  I'm finally over the whole thing with my electric long board.  Seriously, it was a pain in the ass, having to deal with my Longboard being down. It's my means of transportation in Manhattan.  I ride and coast through the city and I didn't have the need for trains unless I was leaving the Borough.  Bus? Fuck that they usually packed about the time I cruise through Manhattan(Rush Hour) . The ability to weave in and out of traffic and being able to fit down the narrow lanes between cars, is something that Longboard was built for.

Anyway, I think I can relax a bit, because I shipped back my Longboard to the Company(Boosted) and I have confirmation that my baby arrived there safe and sound. Techs will look over the board and repair it, repairs usually take a week, and then I have to wait for confirmation of the board being shipped back...

So I figure I will be sitting here waiting for almost a month to get my board back.  By that time, it will be fucking cold and windy outside, but I will still try to get a few miles on my board until the snow hits..

I feel better, at least I know there will be a resolution to the problem. So I can fucking calm down and just wait until its repaired. That is all I can do...

So back to the MacNCheese...

I know a fancy Food blogger would list the ingredients, and measurements. They might even give the recipe a fancy name, incorporating their name into it. Give it that flare and Style!!

  I'm a fucking Porn model that is simply showing I can cook..

Over time, when I fully get down the production values of these Youtubes I will do the whole recipes and listing ingredients thing. I'm hoping I will evolve in my cooking to include dishes that are Vegan friendly/Low fat/Low Carb dishes, as I keep learning the one man filming process doing these Videos.  I don't have a production team, I don't have a Stew Chef its me doing everything. So to fully have a well produced Cooking Show takes work, respect to the TV chefs out there.

But I'm a not a Chef, I'm a Porn star(sounds corny I know LOL)

But again this a blog...

Its a Mix of everything just slammed into each other, its about:

Pictures
Personality
Short Movies

That is the joy of having a space that people can come to and just get lost in the content.  I want to take the viewers on this ride of everything.  Well to be honest, mostly the things that I'm into, but that will change soon enough. I have to learn to step out my comfort zone.

But I'm willing to expand and build and grow...

Okay let me stop that Corny shit...
